Rabbie Burns Night

We all had a fantastic night at Ambleside Tiddlycove’s “Rabbie Burns Night” yesterday.  Everyone was so welcoming, introducing us to haggis and the meaning behind the night’s event.

Robbie Burns was a poet in Scotland during the 18th century who wrote over 700 poems including Auld Lang Syne before he passed at the age of 37.  Because of the poetry he wrote, his life is celebrated each year with haggis, scotch, and poetry.
