Kevan Seng was elected Zone Chairperson of Lion Club International 19 A-1 in Vancouver, Canada, in 2016.
He is a small business owner in Vancouver, operating an art gallery, picture framing shop, and an arts event company. He has been in the art business since 2006 and has worked with over 200 artists in greater Vancouver after creating Vancouver’s first live painting competition, the Battle of the Brush.
A member of the Vancouver Chinatown Lions Club, Zone Chairperson Seng is a second generation Lion who joined into Lionism in 2011 to follow in his father’s footsteps. He has held office in the association as club president and will be the first member of the Vancouver Chinatown Lions Club to be club president for a second term in 2017-2018.
In recognition of his service to the association, Zone Chairperson Seng was awarded a Melvin Jones Fellow in 2015.
In his spare time, he enjoys having meals with friends, hosting parties, and catching movies. His motto is, “More Gavels, More Fun”.
